特斯拉遭加州调查：Model 3帐篷工厂危及工人安全

据美国媒体Jalopink报道，加州职业安全与健康部门的一位发言人证实，在接到特斯拉位于加州弗里蒙特组装厂一名员工的投诉后，该部门就特斯拉帐篷工厂的生产安全问题对该公司展开了新的调查。

加州产业关系部发言人埃里卡•蒙特罗萨（Erika Monterroza）证实，新的调查已于6月19日启动，这是自4月份以来加州政府对特斯拉公司展开的第三次调查。

为了在6月底之前实现每周生产5000辆Model 3的目标，特斯拉首席执行官埃隆•马斯克（Elon Musk）在几个星期内在加州佛利蒙特工厂的外部，架起了一座巨型帐篷。随后，该公司快速采购了生产设备，并建设了一条Model 3生产线。

本周，特斯拉表示，在6月最后一周生产的5000辆Model 3中，帐篷生产线的产能占了20%。

在建设帐篷生产线之前，特斯拉从加州佛利蒙特市获得了建设许可。不过，该临时性建筑的使用期限为6个月。

但现在，关于帐篷生产线的一些建造和完善计划略有推迟。周三公布的文件显示，特斯拉提交了一份修订后的许可证，其中包括准备在帐篷中安装电气和管道设施。此前，该公司已获得在帐篷中安装消防洒水系统的许可。

当地时间周二，弗里蒙特建筑官员加里•韦斯特（Gary West）表示，市政府能够理解当地企业着急实现生产目标的愿望，弗里蒙特市会尽可能地努力帮助它们解决这些担忧。”

韦斯特表示：“由于项目设计已经提交给我们部门进行审核，一些最初的设计已经得到了批准，所以我们部门允许该公司开始施工。随着更多的设计被创造出来并提交给我们部门审核，下一阶段的建设将被允许继续进行。”

韦斯特表示，市政府总共对特斯拉帐篷工厂发放了2个建设许可，分别是建设许可和生产线安装许可。

但他表示，政府部门仍在与特斯拉合作，以确保帐篷工厂符合当前适用的建筑和消防规范。

4月份，加州职业安全与健康部门对特斯拉展开了两项调查。其中一项调查是因为媒体发布了对特斯拉的不利报道。据Jalopnik 报道，一名前特斯拉高管本月对该公司提起诉讼，声称他对特斯拉工厂瞒报工人受伤情况提出质疑和担忧后，反而被炒了鱿鱼。

几天后，特斯拉的一家外部承包商的员工被生产线设备撞到，下巴受伤。因此，加州职业安全与健康部门对特斯拉展开了第二项调查。
